Discover Lozica - a vacation villa rental that will make your holiday memorable forever. Lozica is a holiday villa, just outside Dubrovnik, with luxury and privacy of its own beach, comfortable interior and accommodation, magnificent views and beautiful garden.

We would heartily recommend a stay at Lozica for those seeking virtually any type of villa holiday - active or inactive, based at the sea, town or country, seeking sport, culture, or simply heat and sun

At Lozica, you go to bed with the sound of waves lapping on the rocks below, crickets chirping above, and wake to 180' of sea, sun and blue skies, surrounded by lush Mediterranean foliage. The house has several terraces from which the sun can be seen both rising and setting over the sea
You can either bask in the sun, or laze in the shade watching the sailing boats pass by: this also applies at the water's edge a few steps down from the house.

One of Lozica's great advantages is its seclusion and privacy. A half-hour drive along a picturesque coast road takes you straight from the airport to a parking place directly above the house. You need not see another soul.

Although it is only a ten-minute drive away from the city of Dubrovnik - across the spectacular new bridge - Lozica is a tranquil place.

Dubrovnik fully merits its soubriquet: 'the Pearl of the Adriatic'. Its Gothic-Renaissance architecture, polished stone pavements, handsome streets and squares nestle within massive and vertiginous fortified walls
After gorging yourself on the city, you can take a boat to the nearby islands visible from Lozica: either by scheduled service from Dubrovnik, or by small boat directly from the house

At the lovely bay of Zaton a few minutes away, you can step straight from your boat to the restaurant 'Orsan' - which is informal but excellent - and afterwards take a stroll under the umbrella pines in the national park

I was extremely happy at Lozica, enjoying the house's magnificent views, and its comfortable interior. At times my holiday felt like a dream - too beautiful to be real.
